
ok..............skrg berat aq da naik......xla bnyk sgt tp NAIK 2 yg xbole d terima 2.....so,,,,,skrg dlm proses menurunkn berat badan pun bermula........kmi rancang mo joging @ pg gym plus puasa jg....mo DIET la harapannya kn...hr 2 da joging ngan wa d PUSU......sbnr nya mo pg gym tp tutup la pulak kn........masa org smgt la pulak dya p tutup kn........jd t'paksa la g joging2 jak.......
kmi joging d trek jak pown.......lps 2 ada la geng joging laen nie dpan kmi (1 kurus, 1 berisi)........dya ckp dgn kwn nya yg berisi 2......klu joging hilang 1kg klu mkan tmbh 20 kg...........ok e2 sgt melampau........terasa i taw... sdh la sblm nie x prnh mo bersenam......hobi plak makan apa x naik nya berat 2...........
skrg aq da bertekad mo trunkan berat........xperlu la kurus sgt yg pntg jgn naik 50+++ lg.........nnt jd overweight plak...........hahhahaha........da la org ckp aq da makin chubby......klu blek kg lg la.....mst org ckp 'eeeeeeee makin gemuk la ko adek'.......gemuk la sgt..........aq rasa biasa jak pun.......drng nie pun 1 doa aq jd gemuk......tulah aq jd gemuk nie..........cb la klu jmpa aq ckp ' ko kurus la' mst aq kurus nnt kn....
huahuahua............bkn nya salah ku pun mo gemuk......da aq dpt bilik tggt bwh mo bt mcm mn kn....pas 2 cafe pun dkat jak.......xda masalah mo cri makanan kn...........
